From Listing to Closing

Kim McAfee is an amazing strategic thinking realtor. My husband and I originally thought we were going to list our home of 30 years with a neighbor who was a realtor. They had been “courting” us about buyers they had and how fast our house would sell for years. Kim called me out of the blue wanting the opportunity to provide us with a comparative market analysis and marketing plan. She told us she wanted to interview for the job of selling our house and earn our business. Kim is very involved in the community, our children had grown up with her daughter and her multimillion dollars sales record of excellence speaks for itself. We interviewed 3 realtors, all professional and good but Kim’s went above and beyond. Kim was the only realtor to not only commit to timeframes, staging, pictures, holiday showings, etc. but was the only realtor to understand the emotional attachment our home had and wanted to help us with the home sale in any way possible. We listed with Kim, got immediate offers, negotiated thru offers to get the best one for our family and closed - all in under 45 days! We had a few bumps in the road but with Kim’s extensive experience and expertise she worked with the other realtor, lender, etc to get the contract closed at our asking price. A home sale is a huge business decision for any family . If you want the best, most experienced realtor, Kim McAfee is the only choice.

I met Kim at an open house that I attended and was so impressed with her and Mindy that I wanted to hire them to help us in our home search and selling our home.
